Just this year AAA Racing has had over £3000 worth of fairing, tyres and other motorbike racing accessories stolen out of a secure garage.

If you think your motorcycle is secure locked up in the garage think again, Please if affordable make your motorcycle secure by adding reinforced locks to your garage, add a secure anchor to the floor with reinforced concrete, add a tracker to your motorcycle so the police maybe can track it down.

Fit good quality locks to your garage.
A closed shackle type is best, as thieves cannot get a crow bar through the shackle to break it.
Many up-and-over style garage doors are easily broken into, but a padlock with a hasp and staple on the inside is an effective way of improving security.
Consider adding a mortise lock to double garage doors with a rim hatch
Buy a defender locks; this is a heavy duty metal arm, padlocked to a base plate that is bolted in the concrete outside the garage door.
